What is outside the default selected scope?
No change to your live site from the request form. No checkout, account, private admin, or authenticated surfaces by default. No claim that a fixed sample means your production storefront has been verified. No paid shortcut around evidence quality or comparison readiness.
What happens after fixes are made?
Pro and Agency Pilot include one recheck. Standard creates a recheck-ready baseline, and monthly regression monitoring can be added after the first pack.
Where does the $299 starter fit?
Starter packs may be available for small sites or beta partners with a narrow selected scope. Standard is the main public starting point when you need PDF, CSV, backlog, and baseline fields.
Can I start without an account?
Yes. The first step is a URL review request with a work email. Customer access comes later if a handoff room is prepared.
