Subscription, cancellation, and refund handling

Pilot payments

One-time pilot fees reserve operator-assisted assessment, packaging, and one recheck cycle for the agreed public storefront scope.

Recurring plans

Ongoing and agency plans renew according to the quote and Paddle subscription record. Billing status is visible from the workspace billing page.

Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops renewal at the end of the current paid period unless the quote or Paddle record states a different effective date.

Refund review

Refund requests are reviewed through support. Approved refunds may move the workspace into read-only mode when the paid entitlement has ended.
