Commercial terms for sales-led pilots and subscriptions

Quote controls the order

Each quote defines the buyer, plan, storefront URL, included public pages or representative scope, deliverables, price, currency, validity window, and excluded surfaces.

Formal Only boundary

Payment opens entitlement to the agreed remediation workflow. It does not expand scope to checkout, customer accounts, authenticated pages, private admin surfaces, or any unlisted digital property.

Unsupported outcomes

Blocked, unsupported, or not yet formally deliverable results may occur. Those outcomes remain visible in the workspace and reports instead of being converted into a pass-style claim.

No legal sign-off

Deliverables are workflow and remediation artifacts for selected public Shopify storefront pages. They are not certification, legal advice, or a full-site guarantee.
